why workout in the morning?

Its early, your tired and the last thing you want to do is a workout. well here is a list of 5 reasons to workout first thing in the morning !
1. Get it over with !
​When your workout is done first thing in the morning, its done! there is no chance of skipping that days exercises due to a busy day.​

2. Feel good
You will feel great after it. exercise releases your 'feel good' hormones which put you into a positive state of mind to start your day.​

3. Wake up
believe it or not working out in the morning time will wake you up and make you more alert by increasing the bloodflow to both your body and your brain.


4.Burn more fat
Working out first thing in the morning in a fasted state before breakfast has been proven to burn more fat due to the body burning fat as energy.

5. Be more productive
Since your body and brain are now full of blood and your wide awake, use this newly found energy and turn it into somthjng productive !
