Every so often we fall into a sad, lonely state that sometimes seem's impossible to 'shake off'.

You might have heard this all before but exercise helps release dopamine (Feel good hormone) levels in the brain which makes it one of the best ways to boost your mood and confidence. It keeps your mind off your problems for awhile and helps you to think clearly.
2. Talk to someone.
Ok, you dont need to express every feeling and thought in your head to someone but a simple conversation can do so much to improve your mood. Get some friends together or sit down with your family and just enjoy their company as you engage in a good, health conversation.
3. Analyze it.
Take some time to figure out what is making you feel upset or down and come up with a solution if there is anything to be done. Don't think for too long, and after you realized what it is, fix it or start to leave it behind. you dont need that negativity in your life.
4. Change it up.
Sometimes that 'low' feeling can come from absolutely nowhere and maybe you just need a routine change.
Try something new, start a new hobby and change something for the better.
