Staying healthy doesint need to be as difficult as people make it out to be.
Here are 5 things that you can do to stay healthy
Let's get the obvious one out of the way first.
This doesint mean that you have to kill yourself everyday to sweat puddles.
Pick 3 days each week and do somthing fun, play a sport, go for a run with a friend or simply walk a fair distance. Each week try better last week's time.
2. Eat better
Another obvious staple in getting health but is just as important as exercise.
Start by simply replacing some high fat food with a better option the progress from there.
Example: replace white potatoes with sweet potatoes.
3. Positive vibes
Stay positive ! Alot of people eat for comfort right ? Well the less stress that you have, your less likely to eat 'bad' food or quit.
