• Take a walk at lunch or jog.
• get plenty of water and rest.
Being in a relationship can be challenging at time's.
Not every day can be all rainbows and flowers and once you except that it's easy to stress less and work out your problems with each other.
• Organise a Date night once a week.
• talk to each other about how you feel.
• remember that you won't agree on everything.
• Keep calm and listen.
