We go to bed at night only to wake up to what seems like an even more comfortable bed and no desire to get out of it.
Here are some tips to get out of bed early.
Go to bed earlier.
Going to bed earlier can be hard at first but once your body gets used to the change it will quickly adapt.
Okay setting an alarm doesint always work as the snooze button is very easily accessible so what I invite you to do is set your alarm and place it on the opposite side of your room or far enough that you can't reach it from your bed. Once you get up to turn it off, stay up.
Give yourself a reason.
Have a reason to get up early such as exercise, yoga, alone time or work on a personal project.
Studies have shown that during a period of 3 weeks we can develope new habits so force yourself to get up early and eventually you won't even have to think about it.
