1. Dress well Looking good is a great start to improving your confidence and mood. 2. Eat healthy Eating healthy puts us in a great state of mind and greatly improves our mood. 3. Listen to music Nothing is better than a great uplifting song! (Check back each Friday for Fridays mood boosting music!) 4. Exercise Exercise has proven to increase our 'feel good' hormones. 5. Chat with people A good conversation with the right people can put us in a positive mindset. 6. Help someone The feeling of satisfaction and pride when helping someone in need can't be beaten. 7. Be productive The more productive you are towards what you want to do in life leads to greater achievement and positivity. Just know that we all go through stages of happiness and sadness and it is up to ourselves to be strong. You can do it. GK.
